What is the Cocktail #9?
Cocktail number nine is the nightly cocktail of choice by your bartender. This came from two of our original managers, Mikias and Matt, debating over which nine cocktails should be on the final cocktail list at opening time. They finally settled on eight of the nine cocktails but still wanted a ninth to round out the list. They added the "Cocktail #9" to the list as a reminder to come up with the perfect last addition. It quickly just became tradition for each bartender to come up with his own "Cocktail #9" every night, offering the perfect final drink to the list.
